Chattanooga, TN Weekend Trip

Justin and I decided to do a weekend in Chattanooga, since neither of us have really explored the city yet. We started the weekend at Niedlov’s Bakery for some brunch. It was surprisingly packed, but we managed to order and grab a table at the last minute inside, since it was really cold outside. We ordered half the menu nearly, our table was filled to the brim with food. We got lattes, pastries, Justin got a salmon greens bowl and I got a mushroom egg skillet which was wonderful.

After the cafe, we went to the Chattanooga Museum of Art and spent hours and hours looking at all of the gorgeous art. Afterwards, we walked to a restaurant close by to end the night. The next morning, we checked out of the hotel and drove to a nearby bird sanctuary. We got to see a red-tailed hawk perched in the trees above us, which was super cool to see in-person.
